Susan & Adam, We know your pain! We bought Bungalows 313 in Sonoma in July, 2015 (6 vacation rentals). We have also been impacted by the Northern California fires since 2017, COVID-19, and the pandemic. In 2019 we began a major seismic retro-fit and renovation that was supposed to take 10 months. We are now looking at 18 months to completion. Given all that happened in 2020, we are not sure if this was a good thing or not. It is amazing how quickly our fortunes can change – we can only be in the moment. Here’s hoping that the vaccines come through, and we can feel safe to gather and get back to living our lives!
